Parcel shipping, bulky goods shipping, forwarding agent shipping

We do not charge shipping costs for orders.

So you can be sure that there are no hidden costs.

We ship with the following shipping service providers: DHL, UPS, Hermes, Spedition

Place of delivery

We deliver your order directly to your home or to a separate delivery address (e.g. to your workplace, packing stations, etc.).

You can simply add a delivery address to the billing address in the order.

If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we will contact you directly.

In the case of shipment by a forwarding agent, the goods are unloaded from the delivering vehicle. We deliver the ordered goods to the curb/sidewalk of the specified delivery address. There is one exception here: 2-man handling.

Your order will be delivered directly to the desired location.

This shipping method is marked on the item.

What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?

Your goods will then be deposited at a branch of the respective parcel service provider for up to seven working days. During this time, you can collect the parcel on presentation of your identity card and the collection bill or authorize someone else to collect it (a power of attorney is required). After the seven working days, the parcel is returned to us.
